19世紀中期到20世紀中期，是韓國發生翻天覆地變化的時期，《一個女人的一生》雖然取材於這個時期，卻並不去描寫那些歷史事件，而把筆墨花在一個普普通通女人的一生經歷上，以小見大，論盡春秋。
從小就是童養媳的女主角接求學的丈夫回家，大男子主義的丈夫根本不理會她，已有身孕的她艱難地提著箱子跟在後面，丈夫的好友轉身回來，默默接過她手裡的箱子，他高大溫暖的身影從此成了她在荒亂年代唯一的隱秘的希望。在聽到心上人戰死之後，她以不屈的意志和母性的胸懷照顧丈夫的情人，並抗起整個家庭的重擔。
D. 推薦一部拷問人性兩面的電影：《日日夜夜》
這部電影我不知道是不是禁止上映的，但我還是想要分享一下。
畫面質朴粗糙，非常有真實感，節奏看似緩慢，實則劇情環環相扣，推進的非常順暢絲滑。
我在看的時候是1秒鍾也不想快進，生怕漏了一個細節，好的電影沒有1秒鍾多餘，都是後續情節的誘因。
電影的最後雖然是人性的回歸，但是從我對社會、人性以及生活的客觀考量，結尾部分的人性回歸是超現實的，是創作者對自己以及觀影者善念喚醒，而真實的結局其實應該是相反的。
我對這部電影的最基本感知是這樣的：人性本身是矛盾的，慾望、善良以及愧疚在同一個時間點是並存的，並沒有時間上的先後順序，而客觀定義一個人的好壞是不現實的，定義人的好壞往往帶有主觀和社會性。
我對這部電影的評價是：精彩，越是對道德背叛就越顯得精彩，人性與道德倫理本就是拮抗的，這也是我們人性中的自私最難以接受的現實，人都是雙標的
